A permanently fixed zirconia denture is made of the strongest porcelain available in all of oral healthcare.  Our laboratory in Southern California, Glidewell Laboratory, has provided the video example below.  This denture is fixed to the implants and is not removed.  The maximum out of pocket cost for this treatment is only $19,999 per arch. **How much is a removable denture with implants?

Our Freedom Denture line is a removal denture or "over-denture" that is metal reinforced with life-like acrylic teeth and gums, secured over dental implants.  The denture is "clicked" onto the implants.  The difference between this treatment and a "fixed" denture is that this denture can be removed from the implants to clean and brush each night and it is not made of porcelain.  The maximum out of pocket cost for this treatment is $11,999 per arch.  This includes:

  • All diagnostic xrays and CT scans

  • Removal of all bad or broken teeth*

  • All bone grafting or PRF procedures*

  • A cosmetic transitional denture

  • 4-6 titanium implants (whether you need 4, 5 or 6 implants, the fee does not change)

  • Final Freedom Denture, removable and metal reinforced acrylic denture

* if necessary, any prescribed medications are patient’s responsibility
